- Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare quotes and proposals.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To understand how our site is used and improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our business: our website host (Cloudflare), our form service (Formspree), our email provider (Google Workspace), Google Analytics and, for clients who use our client portal, our portal provider (Supabase). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing wesley@era2solutions.com. You can decline or change analytics cookies at any time (see the Cookie Notice below). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Our site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
